Paititi Retreats is a sacred retreat event organised by G. Serina Neuner under PT. Montessori ERDKINDER Bali, located in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website and booking process.

When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect the following information:

- Selected room / accommodation preference

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed externally via PayPal, which has its own privacy policy.

We collect this information solely to:
- Process and confirm your retreat booking
- Contact you with retreat details, schedules, and preparation materials
- Ensure your safety and wellbeing during the retreat (dietary and health information)
- Send payment confirmation and administrative communications
The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract — you are providing this information in order to book a place at the retreat.
4. How Your Data Is Stored
Booking form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Submitted data is stored securely in the Formspree dashboard and delivered to our administrative email. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and their privacy policy can be found at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Payment transactions via PayPal are handled entirely by PayPal and subject to PayPal's own privacy policy. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your booking information for up to 12 months after the retreat date (19 July 2026) for administrative and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted. If you request earlier deletion, we will comply within 30 days.
6. Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only with:
- Retreat facilitators and guides — solely to prepare for your arrival (name and dietary/health notes)
- Formspree — as our form processing service
- PayPal — when you choose to pay via PayPal
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, if you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
